Gudz started in 2021 with a focused mission: run high-quality last mile delivery for fast-moving businesses. As our customers scaled, the problem expanded beyond last mile so we built capability across first mile pickup, middle mile / hub runs, and intercity movement (PTL & FTL).
Today, Gudz operates with a hybrid network: 300+ vehicles in our own fleet, plus additional capacity through an aggregated partner network (deployed with SOPs and controls).
We began our journey with BigBasket and have since expanded to support customers including Zepto, Country Delight, and Tata 1mg (along with other enterprise and high-growth brands) across categories that demand reliability, speed, and daily operational discipline.
