Every order, from every channel, in one queue.
Shopify, marketplaces, your stores and your B2B customers all land in the same place. Gudz reserves stock the moment an order arrives, promises a date you can keep, and moves it through picking, invoicing and returns without anyone copying it across.

No overselling
Stock is reserved the instant an order lands, across every channel.

Inside Orders
Every channel speaks the same language.
Orders from Shopify, Unicommerce, marketplaces, your stores and the B2B portal are normalised into one format, with one set of statuses your whole team understands.
- Two-way sync of orders and stock
- Channel rules for priority and source location
- Bulk import for B2B orders from Excel
Promise delivery dates you can actually keep.
Set capacity for every slot and every location. Gudz shows customers only the slots it can fulfil and closes them the moment they fill up.
- Slots by location, day and time window
- Capacity that updates with every order
- Cut-off times that move orders to the next slot
Returns that take minutes, not days.
Customers raise a return from their tracking page. Your team checks the item against a QC list, and Gudz refunds, restocks or writes off in one step.
- Return reasons and photos captured upfront
- QC checklists for every category
- Refund, restock or write-off in one click

Questions about Orders
Which channels can Gudz take orders from?
Shopify, Unicommerce, Zid, Salla, Jahez, Zoho Inventory, your Gudz storefront and POS, the B2B customer portal, and any system that can call our API or send a webhook.
Can we run B2C and B2B orders together?
Yes. Both live in the same queue and draw from the same stock. B2B orders add quotes, approvals, rate books and credit terms on top.
How does Gudz prevent overselling?
Stock is reserved the moment an order arrives from any channel, and every channel sees the same available quantity, so two channels can never sell the same unit.
Can customers track and return orders themselves?
Every order gets a branded tracking page. Customers can raise a return from it, with reasons and photos, and follow the refund.
